Apartment 15 in York – Terms and Conditions

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Depending on the season you can book a 2/3 night minimum stay for any available period either online through the secure website or by contacting us directly. All major credit cards are accepted. A 40% deposit to confirm your visit is needed at the time of booking. The outstanding balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. If your booking is within 30 days of your arrival date the full amount is due.

Any late payment may result in cancellation of your booking. In that case the cancellation policy will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY/INSURANCE
If you have to cancel your stay with us at Apartment 15, we will do our best to re-book the apartment for the cancelled dates. A refund will be due to you for whatever you have paid at the time of cancellation, less the published price of any days that the apartment is not re-booked in the period that you cancelled.

Any loss to you for the expense of your holiday, should be covered by your own holiday insurance. We advise all of our visitors to make sure they are covered by holiday insurance.

If for any unlikely reason that we have to cancel your stay with us, we will refund the full cost of your holiday, and give you a discount voucher for next time you wish to book with us.

OTHER POLICIES
No pets or smoking are allowed in the apartment.

No stag/hen parties.

Bookings for single sex non-family groups of more than four people must get prior approval for their booking.

Apartment 15 is a good neighbour and we would appreciate it if you are considerate during your stay.
